Which screws go where?

Which screws go where?
Alright I took out all the brackets and I have a couple questions on screws for you gurus.
1- I have 2 bolts that are around 10x44-45mm and one that looks to be 8-9x45. Each are slightly different. I know one goes behind the vtec solinoid, one goes into the top of the alternator, and one goes in the front to the right of the vtec solinoid...
Now the clues- one has red paint on it and a tapered tip (I THINK that went to the alternator)
The second is just a tad bit skinnier than the other 2. I think this went behind the vtec solinoid.
The third has a built in washer that cannot be removed.
If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
