service req light on

Default service req light on

this weekend i made the travel for 140 miles on highway.
when i start my car next dayin the morning the service req light its on, when i run the car the light is on aprox 30 to 60 segs flash light



what can i do? i need put the scanner? where is the socket t to conect the scanner?

Is this a US spec car? Do you have an owners manual? You can reset the "maintenance required" light without a scanner. See the FAQs .

I agree, read the FAQ's.

Maintenance required light is resettable by either the dealer or the owner.

If you have an owners manual, the instructions are there also.

Your car is fine... Just do the required maintenance either by taking into the dealer or performing it yourself and then resetting the Maintenance required light.

It's a reminder....that's all.

Maintenance Req'd means you need your regular scheduled oil change.
