Default Shift Beeper question

I bought a shift beeper and just received it in the mail. I opened it up and I went to modifry's site to download the instructions and it seems my computer didn't like the pdf file. I read the html version, but got the impression that the pdf version was much more in-depth. Here's the worst part, I can't even find the beeper! I think it is missing, but maybe I'm just a moron? I took a picture of all the "stuff" I got in the package. Hoping one of you can point me in the right direction. Is the "beeper" somewhere in there?

Sorry about the poor picture quality, my camera is... not so great.

I see no beeper in your pic. I seem to recall when I ordered mine, that I had to order the beeper as an extra. I think Modifry, at that time, left it up to the buyer to decide which beeper to use. You can get one from Radio Shack. However, his current kit may in fact include the beeper. I just don't know for sure.

If that is all you received, you are missing the beeper. I just installed last weekend and the instructions are VERY accurate, and pretty easy. Just be careful with the access/trim pannel removal - it cracks VERY easy. Reach behind and push to remove the snaps. Beyond that, the access to the cruise control module is kinda difficult unless you are small (like I am). If you are 5' 10" and over 200 lbs I have no idea how you get upside down to access this . BTW - really nice mod. Just let Modifry know you need the beeper or go get a piezo beeper.

Thank you both for the replies. I did finally get the pdf file to download, so I have the instructions. I emailed Modifry, but if I can find the beeper locally I'll probably just go that route as it will be quicker and easier. Plus I get the feeling this would be a really cheap part. Do you think there's any chance I could get it at Walmart? I'm anxious to get this thing installed!

I did the "top down while moving" mod, so I've got experience breaking clips off the panel. Atleast it'll be easier to remove this time.

Stay away from that! Radio Shack or Fry's or some sort of specialty electronic place is the way to go.
