should i change the oil bolts? need advice
So many threads about the oil bolts. Should I change to new one? My car has 35500 miles on it and my car was 2001 model year.

No thank you. I'm not going to fix it until it's broken.

Most everyone here knows my opinion.
Enjoy the car as it is - I can think of a lot of other things that I would be more worried about.
Look at the thread where someone is wondering if they should buy a used S2000 with 90K miles on it...

The point about concern over the mechanic who made the swap is valid, the bolt for cylinder #1 can be a tricky install with a flexible extension.
There are some of us who seriously doubt the merits of the argument that we in the states who track our cars often do not subject our cars to the level of stress the Europeans do.
I for one am holding tight because my car will be going into storage for the winter very soon. My hope is that Honda steps up to the plate by spring and decides if they are going to do a recall or offer those of us who think it really ought to be done some kind of discount on labor.
A valid question to ask is how long do you plan to own the car. If it is only a couple of years and you don't do any track events, I suspect I would put it out of my mind. If you are like me and plan to keep the car for 10 some years and do hundreds and hundreds of hard track miles, it is only a matter of time before those 2 hole bolts get swapped out.
