slightly low on power
hi all
havent been to the dyno yet but according to a prevoius posting the top spped I could get ( 220 km h 140 mph )was on the low side
the car is bog standard + cold air plate
new honda air filter fitted
no tappet noise, original setting
all oil changed recently and full to level
running on 98 octane
total milage so far 36000 km / 24000 mi
plugs original
tyres right pressure
no cel indications
where should I start to look ?

Are you sure you weren't going uphill? With a headwind?
Honest, I suspect that your car is running exactly as it should.
If you're really concered about the power output, get together several other stock S2000 owners for a dyno day. Carefully control intake and coolant temps, tire pressures and alignment, and test everybody's cars.
