Default smoking when cold or vtec

Sometimes I notice when driving at nite when I'm accelerating into vtec and shifting sometimes Smoke comes out. I can't figure out if it's normal. I just a SRI, TestPipe, and Single Exhaust. And today I noticed it when I cold started the car and drove it around the block I saw it in my rear view. Then I let my friend drive it and it would shoot out a lil bit of some then go away and I never went about 4500 when cold. Am I ok? Thanks for the help

That smoke is what the cat would normally remove from the exhaust.
