Default Snapped Bolt

My hood was rattling so I adjusted the latch and finally got it just right so the hood shuts tight, no rattles. As I was tighten the bolts one of them snapped, now part of the bolt is stuck in there. How do I get it out? Any help would be appreciated.

You can buy whats called an extractor kit. Pretty much drill bits that are threaded the opposite way.

You may also be able to take a punch or something, and use that to back the bolt out. If the socket head is gone then there's likely no torque on the bolt so it is just sitting there.

I tried using a screw driver and hammering it out but it's not budging.
