Default soft brakes after brake caliper replacement!

I replaced my two front calipers as one was sticking, however after following the standard bleeding procedure using those vacuum tools I can't seem to get the brake pedal hard! I'm following the sequence and using grease at the nipples to prevent air from getting in, did the sequence 3 times and still a soft pedal! Very soft! What could be the issue? Vehicle is rhd though

There is still air in the system.

Let them gravity bleed for a good 30-45min checking the fluid level occasionally. You don't need to put grease on anything.

^What he said. I did have to put grease on the rear bleeder screws. Also make sure the ebrake is off.

Did you make sure your rear brake piston slots are lined up correctly with the new pads? It's been a while since I did my last brake job but I recall that it has to line up or the pads will be loose.

Bleed them again. It took several times when I put my Brembo's on to get a firm pedal.
