Soft Top Latch broken

Just FYi. I went to Honda to get a price on new soft top latches and holy hell they're $146 a piece.

Yes, that is the price. Sucks and I have replaced two, but that has been in 8 years of ownership.

I have swapped the motors out more. So far three motors (all my fault, not Honda's)

This just happened to my car - 2007 w/20k miles.

I'll be getting it replaced under warranty when I can get to the dealership!

just bought two latches from orange chicken... anyone need a drivers side latch?

Sorry to bump but the same thing happened to me also and it made a hole in my top.

The reason why the latches are breaking is because of TSB 02-065

And I am going to try and get Honda to replace my top

? its only like 2 screws for the latches and 2 bolts for the catchers....
just look at it the latch is easy, the catcher needs to have the plastic up front removed, (remove sun visor, than dome light +bolts, than a quick yank)
