Yes, the hardtop was new, installed by Hardtopguy.

Those little rubber stops are installed on the soft top frame. But, the rubber stops attached to the metal brackets on the rear of the hardtop sit about a half inch above the soft top leading edge. Not sure why. The soft top was replaced a few years ago, so it could probably be due to the install that Honda did of the soft top and frame. It's possibly off a little from that.
