Won't blow anything, it'll either work or it wont.

That diagram underneath was what I was referring to all along for the 2nd relay

AA & BB are just reference call-outs in the drawing used to specify the cable length.

SPAL just emailed back and wrote:
I have never tested the relay on these kits to reverse the wires so technically you might be correct and I am not sure if there is a diode in this relay. The question I must ask is why does it matter? You can ground the gray wire and trigger the orange wire with a positive trigger if that is what you are trying to do. Please provide us with more details on how you want to wire the fans.
If my first diagram above does not work that means they have a diode in the relay. If so, you need to swap the Orange and Wires (so Orange to Blue/Black on OEM harness and Gray to chassis/gnd)

Make sure you have the black & red wires connected to the chassis and battery (+), respectively. In your earlier post you had mentioned a black wire was not connected somewhere.

I have the negatives grounded to the neg terminal .. The only open wire is the ground wire that comes off the oem connector

Something may not making contact.

Try to verify the functionality of the relay. Connect the Orange wire to +12V Battery and Gray wire to Battery Negative. Does the big SPAL relay click? If not, flip Orange to negative and Gray to +12V, does it click?
