That's was orange to power .. Which is now fan wire that runs to black and blue wire

OK good. So when you connect the Orange to Black/Blue wire, how are you checking to make sure it works?

You're turning on the FAN and the AC button is lit, right ?

Does the black wire next to the blue and black wire have to be grounded ?

^ No, it's already grounded and not applicable to what you're doing here.

It should be working. Make sure you have good contact to the Blue/Gray wire. Are you using a splice? or just shoving a wire in the existing harness?

Alternatively you can tie the Orange wire to the Blue/Yellow wire on the other fan harness.

I soldered the wires direct .. Maybe something is wrong with blue and black wire ?

If I run the orange wire to the other fan it won't be an issue because the fans will come on together at temp ? And for ac ?

The fans are already connected together in the stock configuration. If the AC is on OR if the temperature reaches 199F both fans turn on. You cannot have one fan on without the other.

edit: If you have a volt meter, verify that +12V is on the Blue/Black wire when the AC is on. If voltage is not present, the OEM FAN relay is bad.
