Do both oem fans have Seperate relays ? So if passenger side is broke then the blue and yellow should still work ?

Yes, two separate fuses for each fan. They are located in the under-hood fuse box. I haven't looked whether they are interchangeable.

Ok .. I switched the fan relays and no luck .. I tested both the blue and yellow and blue and black with the tester with ac on and no light ... I am now letting it go up to temp and see if the driver side fan comes on and I'll chek the wire for power then and also the passenger side

Ok ... When car is up to temp the fans both come on and I get light from the meter on both ends .. So why don't the passenger fan come on with ac on ? Is that a issue ?

Good there's progress.

Did you mean to say why don't passenger and driver fans come on with AC on? - They should BOTH turn on with the AC

Edit: Check the 20A fuse on the AC fan, make sure it's not blown.

Ohh I thought only passenger would come on... maybe it has to be up to temp first ... Or if I turn the car on cold and put ac on, should fans come on ?

When the AC is turned on (make sure AC button is lit), it bypasses the Temp switch. It doesn't matter if the coolant is up to temp; as long as AC is on the fans should be ON.
