spun bearing help

yeh im just really anxious, as I can only get it onto a hoist next week. Just trying to find out anything I can while I wait for Judgement day Ill post some pics of the damage when i get inside.

I'm with downloader. Until you have a look it's all speculation.

Assuming the top end looks good you should pull the pan and drop the bearings. Then you'll know if you need emery paper or a new block.

Oh, btw, Stevharr thought he had spun a bearing. Had a clicking noise in the engine.

Turned out he needed a new AC compressor. He was greatly relieved.
