Squeak when turning at any speed
Hi! I did a search and found some other threats about squeaking when turning a particular direction etc, but that's not the problem I'm experiencing.
I can distinctively hear the squeaking/squealing noise when turning in either direction, and it sounds like it's coming from directly in front of the passenger foot well. It just recently started with this onslaught of cold weather here in ABQ, and I just want to get other's insight as to possible problems before I have my gf steer while I listen and try to guess at what part it is.
Some more details: The noise stops immediately after I stop moving the steering wheel (it does not continue just because the wheel is turned). The noise is most definitely a squeal/squeak as opposed to a grind or stressing the power steering motor.
