Default SRS airbag?

I recently purchased another s2000 yesterday 04' 107000 miles and when I went for the test drive there was no SRS light on the car. I'm a rather tall guy so I had to move the seat all the way back from its regular position. But today after work, the light came on out of the blue. Any input???

Tried putting the seat forward? If the light goes out there's something seat related. I know there's a sensor in the passenger seat. Don't know about the driver's. Loose connection?

Once the SRS light is on, NOTHING can turn it off except for physically turning it off with a paperclip.

Your first move is to retrieve the SRS code.
