Default Starting issue

A little background information, I started my day, went to the store and took the S. Started up normally both ways without any issues at all and when I came home I parked outside assuming I was going to go somewhere on later in the day. Ended up staying home and when I tried to move my car back inside, it would not start at all. I assume the battery isn't dead (gauges, cluster, and radio all still work) and the car won't even turn over. When I press the start engine button, it just clicks. Anyone know what the issue could be?

It looks like a weak battery or poor connection at the battery terminals issue. Take the battery to a parts store and have it checked/charged. If the battery checks out, your starter could be the culprit.

Yes a nearly dead battery.

The click is the starter solenoid trying to engage the flywheel ring gear, but not enough current available to do it. Or maybe it engages, and the click is the starter feebly tapping on the flywheel gear, unable to move it.

Did you try the headlights?

It's becoming more apparent that the issue is a dead batttery. Thank you!
