Default Starting up

Ok every morning getting ready to go to work, i start up my car and it tend to shut off or most of the time almost shut off. Is it because my battery or what is the reason. It mostly happen when its cold out.
If its the battery, i want to replace it with an Optima or something but don't know what model to get to fit my S03. I don't know too much about these kinda thing. Any suggestion? Thanx for reading.

there was recently some discussion about this. if it just started getting cold by you, i guess it has something to do with the computer 'learning'. its funny, cause my s did this the other day....and i think it had a lot to do with me driving up to chicago from va. beach. it was probably the coldest the car has seen since last winter....started it, and a split second later, i just cut off. if it ends up going away, you have nothing to worry about, but if it throws are cel or continues, get it looked at.
