hey guys checked through the threads couldnt find anything on my steering problem. iv got a 99 s2k and when i turn my steering wheel expecially to the left i get this clonking noise kinda like clicking and and i can feel the steering wheel stop spinning as it clonks and sometime my eps turns off and have to restart engine to reset the eps but clonking still stays. the problem goes for a few days if not weeks then goes away for a long time. could it be bad rubbers or something?

 

I used to get clunking noises too but I checked my subframe bolts and found that one was loose.

 

where are the subframe bolts located so i can check em out
