Its a pity non of those threads make it to the sticky's anymore.
If anyone wants, I can do a write-up on this. Had I known what to do and/or look for, I could have saved a LOT of time.

Thanks. I did do a search as I stated in my first post, but I couldn't find a thread containing all the information I needed. I ended up replacing the slave, bleeding the line, and greasing the fork. I agree, something like that should be stickied.
