Strange noise at 4K
Does anyone know what this noise is, It happens under acceleration and deceleration at I would say bang on 4K. Happens abit more and gets louder as you drive the car abit harder and it has warmed up.
I would say it almost sounds like if you spun a shitty bearing, I can’t quite tell where it is coming from but when I’m driving it almost sounds like it’s underneath the car. It can be hard to hear in the video but you can hear if right at the end abit louder.

Does it happen under compression of the suspension? Or only under throttle? It sounds like a squeaking more than anything. I can't really tell all that well given the wind and exhaust noise.
I'd start just doing a diagnostic. Start with wheel bearings and things like idler pulley bearings. I'd also just check struts, ball joints, brake rotors--whatever. Just see if you can somehow narrow it down.
Edit: if it's happening after the car has warmed up and gets louder, that's weird. Sounds more like it'd be like a throwout bearing in the clutch assembly.

No definitely not suspension, happens under acceleration but also deceleration. I would say it is louder on the deceleration but I think that is just because the revs sit at around that 4K mark for longer. From memory I believe I can get the sound to go on for longer isf I hold the revs around 4K, but like I said best way I could describe it would be if you spun a bad ball bearing so maybe it could be the clutch like you said and it does sound like it comes from more underneath the car
