Default Strange steering issue

I noticed this within the past couple days. When the car is running sitting still, if I turn the wheel 90 degrees right or left I can feel a strange pulsing or vibrating as I am turning. It seems to only be near the 90 degree range and stops after I turn the wheel closer to 180. If I have my foot on the brake or clutch I can feel the vibration pretty strongly in the pedals. I recently installed koni/ground control suspension and haven't noticed any other ill effects. There are no lights on, no EPS, etc. The actual handling of the car and operation of the steering feels ok. But this feeling just started maybe two days ago, I have never noticed it before. I actually took the car out for a pretty long twisty drive tonight and it seems to drive ok, and I cant tell if the vibration is occurring at higher speeds 50-70mph. Any ideas what I should look at first?
