Default Strange vibration when coming to a stop.

So my car has been having strange vibrations whenever I come to a stop. I can hear and feel it through the shifter and the clutch pedal. It did go away for a little bit when I had the throttle body cleaned but now it's back. And it seems to happen more often when it is hot out.

The engine was misfiring for awhile but I got that taken care of with new spark plugs and a valve adjustment.

What does an engine knocking sound and feel like?

After you changed your plugs and valve adjustment did you reset the ECU to relearn your setup?

Secondly, I are coasting in N to these stops or holding it in gear? Car doesn't like N coasting.

I'm not sure if the ECU was reset or not. It happens when I disengage the clutch right before I come to a stop.

is this vibration as you're stopping only, or does it continue to vibrate after stopping?

The vibration happens as I'm coming to a stop as I depress the clutch and sometimes when I'm fully stopped. It feels like the engine is about to stall and then goes back to normal. Not sure what RPM it's at when it shakes.
