sub frame bent?

Its 100% subframe. It has shifted in the accident and has stressed the mounting points. The situation is that you will need a very good alignment show who deals with accident alignments to shift the subframe to the proper position (pulling it, pushing it, etc). If they try and it cannot be done, you will require a new subframe. If with the new one it still is not perfect, the moutning points have been stressed and they should be able to pull/push it to the right position. This is in personal experience with a few cars I have had repaired in the past.

ok i ordered a new subframe... how would i pull the mounting points back in?

where can i bring the car to to fix the mounting points if they are out of position?

really, to me it's the right rear has more camber than the left rear. as long as you can adjust it back to spec and about even from side to side, you are fine.
