Switching from natural to synthetic?
I'm about to do an oil change on my S that is currently running on natural oil. I want to put in synthetic, is there anything special that I have to do? or is it the same conventional oil change?

Should be the same.I would just let it drain longer to get as much of the old oil out.Do the filter while you're at it.
I run Amsoil 0-30 and Wix filters in all my cars.My 03S likes the Wix #51334.

Something I do with most fluid changes, and I'm not sure how much it helps, is once the oil is entirely drained, I dump in the new stuff. In your case, some synthetic oil in hopes that it flushes out a little bit more of the old stuff and let that drain out.

Mix of conventional and synthetic is fine. Some "synthetic" engine oil is actually a blend.
You can't drain all the oil anyway, unless you use paper towels and q-tips inside the engine. The engine holds 5.6 L (5.9 US qt) and a full oil and filter change only uses 4.8 L (5.1 US qt) to there's most of a liter or quart that doesn't come out.
