TB Bad?
Gents, my '02 began idling funny; cutting off at stoplights, idling high, etc. Then the CEL came on with P1122 code (IIRC). TPS problem.
Took it in (have a good friend at the dealer, thank goodness). Turned out to be the throttle body needed replacement. Is this true that the TPS cannot be replaced and that the complete TB needs replacement?
Just curious, thought it was interesting.

Has anyone looked into this no replacement TPS I think the only thing holding it up is the screws because they are tamper proof however they can be removed and replaced. Now the search would be for a TPS sensor that fits who knows maybe the aftermarket TPS that are made for Civics, Preludes or Accords may fit. I suspect that one of these might work just fine and that there is no need to replace the whole throttle body especially for those folks with no more warranty. I will research this a little more and post any findings.
^^ Thanks. There is one advantage, if it can be called that, is at least the TPS from car to car should have the same voltage/setup if supplied on the TB from Honda.
On a 9k rpm motor, I would hate to have my TPS a little lean and not know it.

Honda will not sell you just a TPS you have to buy a complete TB.
