(at least mine doesn't)
I see where there are provisions for the mounting of the brackets, but no wiring harness or device. Weird!

No Luis, it should be the contrary: if you lower or just put heavy stuff in the trunk of an US car that have no EBD the rear ballast doesn't change just because there is no sensor connected to the rear suspension that can "read" that the car is lowered. So an US S2k brakes always in the same way, it doesn't mind if it is lowered or not.
For our European S2k the matter is different: as you can see in the photo, there is a little rod connecting the lower arm of the wheel with the sensor, the rod is adjustable just because if you put on your car lower springs, you need to restore the stock ballast, if you don't do it, the EBD "read" that you have something heavy in the trunk or a very fat person next you and so it changes the ballast.

My S2k is European and as you can see it has got this potentiometer but it hasn't the self leveling headlamps!!!
