Thinner headgasket?

In Europe (and I think the US too) the oem Honda head gasket thickness is 0.76mm. There are rumours that the JDM one is slightly thinner which is one of the reasons the JDM F20C has a slightly higher CR of 11.7:1 vs EU & US 11.0:1 but I believe this is actually down to the valves being different.
