wow. i can't believe they messed that up.
The dealer did the install, a shop rebuild the motor. The dealer let me handle who build the motor. So had this had failed in TX, it would have been fixed. But 1000 miles again. I can see the tow truck bill now

i suppose you can recoup the damages right?

Just make sure if you do the rebuilt you know what you are doing and/or take it to a reputable shop and you will be all good
