Throbbing low pitched squeek from right front
Okay DIY is good. Have you done a brake job before?
A couple of things. Taking the calipers off is basically two bolts. And taking the caliper holders is two more bolts. Taking off the rotors can be an issue. I would get some liquid wrench. There are two phillips screws that hold the rotors on and they get rusted and are a pain in the ass to get off. If you have an impact wrench that would be best but be patient, these can take some time to get off and you can strip them if you aren't careful.

go have your rotors turned (or replaced) and get new pads, it's normal maintenance.
Yeah I think I am going to do a full brake job shortly. Never done it since I've had the car and put over 35k miles since I've had it. Who knows when the previous owner replaced anything either. So I would say it is due!
