Throttle Position Sensor questions

My car has chucked a CEL for the throttle position sensor and Honda are quoting me

I don't have the answer to your question, but have you considered asking them to "good will" it? If you're only 3-4 months out of warranty, I would think that you'd be a good candidate to have them replace it free of charge.

The sort of good willed some other stuff 1 month out of warranty - I could be pushing my luck. I'll keep that as the reserve plan.

As it is two of the UK members have full assembly's for less than

Depending on the car, people have swaped TPS's off the Honda Goldwing motorcycles. you have to remove the rivets and then calibrate it. I've never heard of anyone doing it with an S2000 though.
