Hey FOlks,

Tried giving the FAQS a check, but it doesn't seem to cover this.

None of my remote transmitters seem to release the trunk. Also, the horn does not sound when I hit the lock key for the second time.

Any clue on how to reprogram this or do I have to go into honda for this.

 

do you hit the trunk button or hold it for a few seconds?

 

Def. hold it does for a few secs.

Whats weird is my trunk release button doesn't say "truck" like what it shows in the manual but "options"

 

To have it reprogrammed you have to go to the dealer. I suggest changing the battery out first though.

My trunk buttion has a picture of the car with the trunk popped a little.

 

The one that says "option" comes with Honda security system. Only the original factory one says "trunk".
