Default Ticking sound (NOT TCT)

Hey guys, so i'm hearing a ticking sound under my hood, but only happens when fully warmed up or after it has been ran. On cold starts, it's not there. I already changed the TCT with a brand new OEM one. Anyone know what it may be? I made a video but it's kind of hard to hear, recorded it with my Galaxy S3 phone. But, you can hear it a little bit.

It could also be a valve, but I think if it was It would be making that sounds no matter cold/hot, idle or accelerating

He already replaced it with a new OEM one, I'm 99% sure it isn't his TCT. I would check the oil of the car, looks like it's an ap1 (check both sides of the dippy sticky)
