If you were to check you backlash after break in, how much change (if any) should you see in your backlash readings?

true.

ive set the 3 richmonds ive built at .006" no issues yet. one is now 3 years old.
all factory sets ive done, left me at .003"

im trippin now as to where i got specs, 8-10 thou is way loose. i cant remember ever setting any that loose. hmmmm its been a while.
