Tough Bolts, Suggestions to loosen?

Use SIX POINT box end so you do not round off the bolt heads/nuts. Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster work better than WD-40. A few drops in the nuts might help.
Those bolts should be torqued to 61 lbf-ft or (83Nm) or 8.5 kgf-m

As a reminder please make sure both the front and rear are resting squarely on jackstands - wouldn't hurt to have spare wheels as secondary support. As leverage increases the chance of weight shifting increase also.

CRC sells a spray penetrant that supposedly freezes at the same time it penetrates. I've never tried it, but the concept sounds interesting.
Of course, access to a 1/2" drive air impact renders the whole discussion moot.
