tranny problem

all of the sudden my track car tranny is acting up. Its popping out of 4th gear. Its an 03. Whats gives?

if it is ONLY 4th gear doing it, than that gear may be messed up.
if it was multiple gears, it may be something else, but im no tranny guru

worn syncro, worn clutching teeth, worn slider, could also be excessive endplay on ur output shaft.
