Ok so a while back I bought a used tranny, My old tranny went out... So I had the new tranny put in and now when I drive for a a distance 20 miles plus and i mean like highway driving the tranny seems to get sticky... like to come out of 6th gear i have to use some strength. And than right after going from 2nd to 3rd is kind hard and KLUNKS.... anyone else experience this? I have tried searching and didnt really find anything.... Thanks!

i would first check the trans fluid, what type of fluid are you using? i use honda mtf the new formula. seems like a lubrication problem, i would also check the clutch hydraulic system for leaks or air, clutch slave and master. hope you fix the problem.

My AP1 does this clunk, the way around it for me is not to rush the shift but to take a split of a second then shift. No clunk, goes smooth even when cold. However clutch fluid change would be a good idea, as well as checking the slave and master clutch cylinder for leaks.
