Call up a local Honda dealership's service dept. and give them you VIN number. They should be able to check to see what TSB's have been done. That buzzing is fairly common in almost all years for the S. What I've heard works is, to change the pressure plate to an aftermarket one like ACT. Or you can just live with it, because it is not doing any damage, its just an annoyance.

The buzzing comes from the friction disk with the later versions being somewhat better. Changing to an after market pressure plate is done to increase clamping force but will make no difference in the noise. All of the clutches increase in noise over time but the early ones are the worst.
