WOW! Thanks for the replys.
Happy Holidays!

Budget is around 8k and this car is not a daily driver but needs to still be somewhat civil. Like just a smidge. I am starting the project now with the basics and then sending it into the shop when I get enough info to make an educated decision of parts. If I happen to buy some parts along the way the shop I work with doesn't mind.

Kane. Your question first. Boost spike is something i suffered with just a wastegate and then on with a manual boost controller with my first turbo project. I am going to put in my HKS unit to keep boost staying on target.

BLuesS2k3. I was hopeing you were on here. Makes my life a little easier. I am looking to spend around 8k (at the moment this includes install and some tune time, might have to rethink this) total if I can. I don't want to have to dig into the motor just yet but will be in the future for more boost. In my eyes a custom kit is the only way I am going to make good power and have the potential for 500+ with a built block down the road. The question I have at the moment is how do I get ahold of a similar manifold and turbo and how many bones is it going to take(estimate is good)? That combo seems to be the most efficient at power making I have seen so far.

The only current mod that will be used when turbo is installed is the single Spugen exhaust that I have on now. The aluminized steel one. The comptech air box will be out the door.

I will add clutch and flywheel before turbo install for easier break in. (Less likely to hit throttle without turbo )

Mike Miranda (SPI Power Excel) and I did the tuning together. The emanage was basic to tune so it made things easy...
