I was just reading an article in SCC about a shoot out of some high HP 4 wheel drive cars.

The Audi TT was pulling 490 hp. They added a plate between the head and the block to lower the compression ratio. I know that several people have spoken against a thick head gasket in other threads. I wonder if a plate would be any better?

There would definitely be a market for one with all the people wanting to boost their Ss.
