Default Turbo Help!

After doing some research. I have decided to go the turbo route. I am planning on getting the Inline Pro kit, AEM EMS and thicker head gasket. I was just planning on boosting 8 lbs ED and 12 lbs high boost. What kind of head gasket do you guys recommend. Also what clutch do you guys recommend. I would like a stock feel one. My goal is to have a fast S2000 not the fastest. Let me know guys.

since you are going with the Inline Pro kit you should ask them about what gasket works with their kit. I believe it's a Cometic headgasket but double check with them. As for the clutch you have a wide selection. The engagement will be a bit harsher than stock due to the material being used. Exedy, ACT, and Competition Clutch all have proven applications for forced induction S2000s. Good Luck

I have a question on how much boost is safe using a thicker 3mm headgasket on an otherwise stock block?

I have seen someone on the board boost 18lbs on a head gasket with stock internals. I'm not planning on boosting that much. Maybe 14lbs would be the most and 9 lbs everyday.

I just got off the phone with Inline Pro. He said that the kit comes with their head gasket. I think I'm sold. Yippie!
