Well...the ticking is probably just the cat, exhaust or a heatshield just cooling down.

The scrapping sound...no clue. Meet up with some local s2k owners and see if their car does the same.

the ticking noise is coming from the throttle body, from the drive by wire motor shutting off after engine is turned off. it does this because it does not have an idle air control valve. i have and 08 and i also heard this noise but sounds to me like from the engine area and was like wtf? till i heard it on other vehicles with drive by wire. i work at a honda dealership. every vehicle that has drive by wire makes this noise. it is normal.
if the noise is from the rear, it may be just like neg camber said about your exhaust
cooling down.

as for the clutch noise, i have heard squeaking noises from inside when pushing the clutch in. sounds more like a squeak to me than a scraping. it is the clutch master cylinder pushrod making noise from lack of lubrication. you can just push the pedal
in a little and spray white lithium grease on the pushrod under the dash at the clutch pedal. this may or may not be the same noise. but won't hurt to try. one other place you can lube is the ball the the clutch slave where it pushes in the lever for the clutch
on the transmission. good luck, hope you fix that clutch noise.
