Using OEM air filter with KN intake

When I switched to Spectre (like K&N) my silica numbers went up slightly on my UOA. It was still in the good range however. Also when I switched air filters, I also changed from teh OEM cut airbox to a true CAI in the fender.
If my silica numbers go significantly higher, I plan to switch out the Spectre for an OEM filter but mount it down in the fender.
