so the previous owner of my S2k installed a CAI himself and theres a line going to what i believe is the vaccum tank does anyone know what it does and if i can remove it or do i need it

also would love to see how anyone elses is set up CAI or not i dont like how my previous owner rigged these hoses

 

you can just move it with longer lines so it's out of the way, the lines i got were from carquest and like $1 per foot...

 

I broke one of the nipples off a long time ago so ended up removing it. no cel's of any kind from it.

 

are you talking about the secondary air injection pump?

 

i'm assuming he's talking about the little box that's mounted on the cross member...

 

I tried to remove it I got a cel, even if it's hooked up backwards I get a cel ::

 

it hasnt given me any problems i will just have to hook it up diffrently some how but i havnt gotten any cels yet from the way its hooked up now

 

Swap the hoses on the valve.
