i took mine out when i am working on it , i took out the heat shield as well.

butcher's hands wouldn't help neither


i can't justisfy to buy a tool like that, after couple of valve adjustment job you can feel how much room to spare and torque it down with a torque wrench.

maybe it will not 100% dead on on the first try but after couple of valve adjustment jobs, you can get it down pretty good.

I torque down all the nuts also, i don't even use a screw driver to hold it down.
