Default Valve Cover Help!

So today I was bored and had nothing to do so I decided to repaint my valve cover. I removed it and took the old paint off, long story short, I was done and I put the valve cover back on, I broke 2 10mm valve cover bolts accidentally. Now my engine is rattling more than normal and my check engine is on. How can I remove the broken 10mm inside and is that was causing my check engine light.
The car worked fine before I did all this, I regret doing it now.
Please help.

Use an OBD-II reader to read the code.

The valve cover bolts aren't very long. With luck you can remove the valve cover and use a pair of pliers to spin out the broken bolts. Remember they only need 8.7 ft/lbs to tighten, a 3/8th drive is almost overkill for such a small bolt.

Do you mean the silver bolts that hold the round cap with rubber gasket on it? That happened to me once, I was in hurry and forgot to use torque wrench. I can't remove the broken bolts so I have to replace the head bolts that hold the cam cap. Make sure you buy the correct one, because there are two types of them. The CEL is probably caused by the not sealed valve cover, it detects low pressure on the valve cover ventilation system

The thing is that the broken bolt is too short for me to even get pliers to spin it out

No check engine light will illuminate due to a non-sealing valve cover. You can run your engine without the oil cap for hours and a light will not illuminate. (would be very messy but it can be done)

The light COULD be caused by one of the cam sensors not getting a good reading if the cam sensor(s) is/are farther away from the cam trigger wheels since the valve cover is not tightened down all the way.

I got it from hondapartsnow, the broken bolts(part no: 90013-PCX-000) can be found under section cylinder head cover and the head cover bolt in the section cylinder head.
Take a careful look at the parts image and you will figure out which bolt to buy. And you need deep socket to undo those in your engine.
