Default voltage to cam sensor

I am trying to diagnose a no start condition. How many volts are supposed to be at the cam sensors with the key on engine off? The car is getting voltage to the coils but no spark. also no injector pulse. Crank sensor is reading RPM.

Thanks

Thank you. So it should be 5 volts with key on engine off. It is not giving any voltage. It has an AEM ECU. I tried to plug a stock ECU but the immobilizer key was flashing so I was not able to test with stock computer. I tested continuity and everything checked out ok. My guess is that the computer is bad.
