Default Vortech owners

i went through and checked my parts and noticed a few bolts were either short or over by one, water bracket is still too small (I don't think vortech fixed that). My questions for you guys are when you were done with the install did you have any parts left over or short? Also on the vortech crank pulley these a bolt thats already threaded through the pulley with a rubber o-ring around it. This bolt seems too short, we are suppose to remove it and replace it with the longer 3.5 bolt right?

dude, i have one question for you. how can you tell which part is which! there are soooo many on the parts list and i cant differentiate all the little things! did you already start your install?
