weird EPS issue

weird EPS issue
Hi,
After installing my new suspension, my EPS light came on!! Kind of weird because during start up/idle, theres on power steering! As soon as I drive maybe 10-15 feet the power steering comes back on. Almost feel like it's lighter and more responsive than before. I tried the paper clip trick and it shows code 32.
I've tried the following to reset/turn off the EPS light:
Reset method with paper clip
Pull ECU fuse
Tap EPS module
Drive 55mph + constant
Any other ideas?

Last time I changed map sensor out and cleaned air idle control valve, started car for idle re-learn, and the esp light popped on, drove car for a few miles and turned car off, restart and light was off. 2002,s2000,40k
