Weird noise from front right of car.. .
ok so i am new s2k owner and have a question. Ever since i bought the car (and no i didn't hear the noise on the test drive ) anyway the noise is not rpm related, cause while driving i pushed the clutch in and revved and the noise did not get any louder. The noise only get louder the faster i go. The noise stays whether or not i am on the accelerater or off it... in other words even if the car only goes faster because of a hill the noise gets more high pitch. The noise is a whirring noise and im not ruling out the tires (they are snow tire....) but i really doubt it because i work at discount tires and am a seasoned tech and have heard many many different tire noises but none were like this.... im waiting for my rims and tires to come in so that is why im still rolling on the snow tires... also if you guys want to know the car i bought is ILL roller's car...

i had a buddy of mine drive the car and he also said it might be the brake or the fact that it has snow tires on.... so i ordered new brakes (rotor and pads) and i already ordered rims and tires (rpf1's and hankook rs-2) so if it doesn't cure my only guess is its the wheel bearing

hi.. any updates? I also recently bought a used 01 s2000 , with the same whirling noise coming from the front right side of the car... the noise increases the faster I drive. It's audible once I go past 30-40mph... when I put it in neutral to let it cruise when I'm going 60mph ... the noise is still there.
